Accountable for project definition development and execution strategy
Accountable for delivery to baseline scope, schedule, budget and execution strategy within Quality and Safety targets
Identify and proactively manage project risks
Status, progress and performance tracking against plan
Active scope and change management, including internal and external stakeholder management of impacts
Comply with company Project Delivery governance framework to demonstrate that basic principles of project success are in place.
Build trusted and credible working relationships both within and outside the company including with R&D/Innovation strategic partners and the IP function.
Effective people engagement and collaboration with cross functional teams, internal technical support disciplines, CCSL Leadership Team and strategic partners with emphasis on stakeholder management.
