Position Overview
• At least 10 years of experience in food manufacturing R&D, preferably in B2B applications
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading an R&D team
• Experienced in dry blend and sauce/liquid product formulation
• Strong background in product development, reformulation, and commercialization
• Knowledgeable in food formulation, ingredient functionality, and food processing techniques
• Familiar with HACCP, GMP, and food safety/regulatory standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage customer-driven projects
• Willing to travel for customer visits and plant trials
• Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna
