Responsibilities:

+ The lab technician in this role would be working in the R&D testing division working with special projects across the country.

+ This includes sample preparation, analyzing data and summarizing findings, and application of paints and coatings as well as general research methods used to test and evaluate polymers and coatings.

+ Formulate new batches of products based on team objectives and Sr. Scientists' needs.

+ Execute performance testing on coatings.

+ organize and document R&D process, testing and results.

+ Maintain an organized lab notebook.

+ 1st shift working hours, M-F.

Qualifications:

+ BS or BA in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Materials Science, Biology, or related.

+ 6 months of chemistry or materials science lab experience (can be from academia).
