We are seeking a dedicated R&D Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will gather raw materials, assemble batches, shade, and perform quality control testing to ensure our products meet strict specifications. You will also be responsible for adjusting batch properties within formulation guidelines and preparing customer samples and panels.
Responsibilities

+ Evaluate batches for conformance to specifications.

+ Adjust properties of individual batches within formulation guidelines.

+ Perform testing related to product performance.

+ Prepare customer samples and panels.

+ Perform all aspects of liquid batches of 10 gallons or less, including dispersion, letdown, color matching, quality control, and filling.

+ Maintain records of processes and results.

+ Document and record all actions taken in preparation of product.
