Job Description
The R&D Engineering Technician will collaborate with New Product and Process Development engineers in the medical device sector. This role involves operating large specialty equipment such as laser cutting machines, coating application tools, electroplating devices, and laboratory measurement tools. The technician will address complex manufacturing challenges and ensure the efficient and safe operation of equipment, while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities

+ Support engineers with technical tasks as needed.

+ Follow verbal and written instructions for preparing medical device components for various processes.

+ Prioritize and manage multiple projects and responsibilities, effectively communicating priorities to stakeholders.

+ Program laser patterns to match customer specifications, ensuring required positions and tolerances.
