This role will lead the U.S. based New Product Development team, leading the Innovation and Product Development of Power Interconnect Solutions, while working with the manufacturing sites for new Product/Process introductions, meeting the competitive quality and cost requirements.
Strategic Vision: Drive innovation and lead the development of innovative and customer-winning products; Collaborate with Power Solutions BU management functions defining the Technology and Product roadmap. Technical Expertise: Stay abreast of industry and customer trends, standards, and competition landscape. Understand the emerging and disruptive technologies, best practices to guide the team in adopting innovative approaches and technologies.
