As our new **R&D Director,** **Head of Product Development, Domestic Cold Water (DCW)** , you will be heading a team of approximately 50 engineers, developers, and agile practitioners, setting the strategic and technical direction for our domestic cold water product portfolio while championing agile ways of working across the organization.
