Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the R&D team in seasoning compounding, new product development, and application support.Assist in monthly new seasoning method development and presentation preparation.Coordinate with Purchasing for raw material and flavour sourcing for innovative products.Conduct quality control assessments on finished products and incoming raw materials.Maintain laboratory cleanliness, support plant hygiene checks, and assist with HACCP and Halal quality systems.
