Position Summary

The RCM Systems Administrator is a full-time role dedicated to the administration, configuration, and optimization of Avatar (Netsmart) EHR as it relates to revenue cycle management, billing workflows, and fiscal reporting. This position works at the intersection of information technology and finance to ensure billing system integrity, reduce revenue cycle friction, and support accurate financial reporting.

This is an exclusively Avatar-trained role. The ideal candidate brings deep, hands-on experience with Avatar’s billing and fiscal modules and can serve as an internal subject matter expert.
