Job Characteristics
As an RBDS Technician, you will:
Undergo comprehensive training on RBDS equipment and service standards.Deliver decontamination services to high safety and customer service standards.Work under the RBDS Service Manager on large-scale deployments.Manage project planning, execution, and service delivery after initial shadowing.Support both frontline and back-office RBDS processes.Lead and mentor a small team of apprentice-level employees.Travel internationally, sometimes on short notice.Collaborate with Bioquell’s global subsidiaries and distributors.Safely lead and complete medium to large decontamination projects.Serve as the customer liaison for all on-site operational activities including pre-site meetings, site surveys, and process planning.Provide on-site team leadership and project ownership.Education and Experien...
