Job Description
- Organise and maintain electronic and hard copy documents (contracts, drawings, reports, correspondence)
- Implement document numbering and identification systems for easy retrieval and tracking
- Process document submissions and conduct quality checks for compliance
- Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders and project teams
- Maintain document registers and tracking databases
- Archive and retrieve documents according to retention policies
- Assist with document audits and compliance reviews
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents
- Liaise with various teams to facilitate smooth document flow
