The purpose of this role is to manage the day-to-day operations of the Stores Raw Material area, within the stores department, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage and dispatching of the raw material. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of the supply chain by ensuring that the raw material inventory is managed effectively, in compliance with FSSC 22000 requirements.
Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric)
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field advantageous
3+ Yearsβ experience in inventory management, preferably in a FMCG environment
Strong knowledge of FSSC 22000, GMP, and food safety practices
Experience with inventory management systems (ERP/WMS)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good understanding of stock control principles (FIFO/FEFO)
