Position Overview
RAN Engineer We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled RAN Engineer to perform radio network planning and design the best quality 4G and, in the future, 5G network.
What will you do RAN Preventive / Corrective Maintenance - Managing the daily operations and upkeep of RAN equipment.
- Diagnosing and resolving network issues to maintain performance.
- Implementing updates and upgrades for RAN components.
- Monitoring and enhancing the RAN's efficiency and effectiveness.
RF Testing & Troubleshooting - Perform RF testing and optimization for outdoor 4G and, in future, 5G in‑building projects.
- Troubleshoot, design and plan RF network coverage using RF test tools such as Spectrum Analyzer.
