**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Monitor, coordinate, and reconcile inbound/outbound rail schedules, and enter billing in SAP.
+ Serve as primary liaison between HM Logistics, Union Pacific, internal/external customers, and third-party vendors.
+ Reconcile vendor invoices, schedule railcar cleaning, and maintain rail-related administrative records.
+ Provide on-call support and cross-train in scale house operations and truck automation procedures.
+ Coordinate logistics for special events, handle non-PO package shipments, enter purchase requisitions, and serve as a back-up for the plant clerical staff.
+ Engage in plant safety walkthroughs and inspections to ensure compliance and promote a safe work environment.
