Position Description

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

+ To inspect rail way tank cars used to transport hazardous and non-hazardous liquids. To monitor regulatory compliance of hazardous and non-hazardous material shipments by rail in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Inspect all rail cars for proper placards, test dates, safety appliances, damage and defects.
