**Description**

The Senior Manager, Radiology is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing radiology operations, quality, and safety. This role provides strategic leadership across multiple modalities and initiatives to ensure consistent workflow, compliance, safety, and performance outcomes. The Senior Manager works collaboratively with technologists, nurses, supervisors, physicians, and administrative stakeholders to foster a culture of high reliability, continuous improvement, and service excellence. This position supports a broad range of functions, including quality and safety oversight, regulatory and accreditation compliance, financial management, capital planning, staffing, and project execution.
