Scope of Care: Responsible for providing general and interventional Radiology procedures, including, but not limited:

• Diagnostic Radiology
• Ultrasound
• Computed Tomography (CT)
• Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
• Nuclear Medicine (Nuc Med)
• Interventional Radiography (IR)

Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and meetings with committee participation as required by the facility Chief of Service, Chief of Staff, or designee.
Staff Meetings: Physician(s) shall attend staff meetings as required by the facility Chief of Service, Chief of Staff, or designee. Contractor to communicate with COR on this requirement and report any conflicts that may interfere with compliance with this requirement.
