ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT 1. Understands and carries out patient care in line with Vision and mission, philosophy, Goals and objective that suit the scope of the services and the hospital. 2. Understands the service organization structure. 3. Attends meetings held by the services to discuss issues and matters pertaining to the operation of the service. 4. Receives report of the patients, provides individualized holistic patient care as assigned by the Radiologist, Diagnostic Imaging Manager. 5. Communicate effectively with patient and patient relatives before and after x-ray examination. 6. To produce good X-ray images of diagnostic value with minimum x-ray dose. 7. Assist the radiologists /consultant to perform all types of x-ray examinations. 8. Supervise Radiology Aide in preparation of contrast media injections and procedure sets used for special x-ray procedures. 9.
