Lead and manage project activities, including task allocation, progress monitoring, resource coordination, and ensuring project milestones are achieved on schedule.
Plan and oversee new product development and production line implementation, including the preparation and management of key quality and process documents such as PFD, PFMEA, and Control Plan (CP).
Analyze production issues and defects related to SMT and PCBA processes, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Manage 4M changes (Man, Machine, Material, Method), ensuring proper evaluation, approval, documentation, and implementation in compliance with company and customer requirements.
Supervise, evaluate, and develop team members through performance management and continuous training programs.
