To assist and initiate new product development including production scale up tasks.
Daily execution of R&D related lab activities.
To carry out R&D projects such as formulation, sample preparation and sensory evaluation of food products.
Manufacturing of batches in the R&D lab, process optimization for formulations, documentation generation, defining/creating release specifications and tracking stability.
Troubleshooting formulas as well as continuous improvement of existing formulas and processes.
Carry out pilot plant trials in production and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve problems.
Maintain R&D raw material inventory which includes logging and removing expired raw materials.
Ensure safe and hygiene conditions, equipment are maintained in R&D Lab.
