Receive, analyze, and control product input documents, including technical drawings, product standards, customer requirements, and quality standards.
Coordinate with related departments (Production, Engineering, QA/QC, PIE, Equipment) to implement prototyping, testing, and evaluation of new products.
Monitor the product testing process, collect data, analyze occurring defects, and propose improvement measures to ensure products meet requirements.
Support the product transfer process from the development/testing stage to Mass Production, ensuring process stability.
Coordinate to resolve technical and quality issues during trial runs and improve the manufacturing process.
