Job Description

The Supervisor – QuickBooks will oversee a team of QuickBooks Accountants, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, timely reporting, and compliance with U.S. accounting standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage multiple client accounts and deliver high-quality virtual accounting services.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively work on QuickBooks, Taxes, and other accounting activities.
• Manage and supervise a team of QuickBooks accountants.
• Review, record, and enter general ledger transactions, including reconciliations.
• Provide superior and responsive professional services for clients.
• Use multiple cloud-based software for tax and accounting, in addition to QuickBooks.
• Work closely with other team members in the US and Pakistan.
• Communicate and interact with clients directly via phone, text, and email.
