The Role

We are seeking an experienced Quarry Manager to lead a well-established sand quarry located west of Melbourne.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing all aspects of site performance including production, maintenance, safety, team leadership and commercial outcomes. You will take full ownership of the operation, working closely with senior leadership while having the autonomy to drive improvements and performance across the site.
