We are looking for a talented **Quantum Solution Delivery Lead** to join our team in **Systems/Information Technology** from your **remote home office.**

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: **

**1. Build Delivery & Planning**

+ Own the end-to-end delivery plan for all Build items (WRICEF, integrations, conversions, enhancements).
+ Prioritize backlog with Design Leads, Architects and developers.
+ Monitor build progress, remove blockers, and ensure on-time, quality delivery.

**2. Integration & Data Conversion Leadership**

+ Direct daily work of Integration and Data Conversion teams (FTE + Vendor SI partners).
+ Oversee mapping, design, transformation rules, and unit test readiness.
+ Ensure data quality rules + design decisions are consistently applied across releases.
