Position Overview
Quantity Surveyor Salary Range: $3500–$5000
Benefits - 0–20% Monthly Performance Related Pay

Key Responsibilities - Review and interpret Mechanical and/or Electrical tender documents and drawings.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, bills of quantities (BQ), and cost estimates for M&E works.
- Support preliminary Mechanical or Electrical design for Design & Build tenders.
- Prepare technical documentation and proposals for tender submissions.
- Manage contract administration for main contractors and subcontractors.
- Review Letters of Award from clients or main contractors.
- Source, evaluate, negotiate, and shortlist suppliers and subcontractors based on project requirements.
