DBT COATING SDN BHD is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor/ Contract Executive to join our team in Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor. As a Contract Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and administering the company's contractual agreements, ensuring compliance and facilitating seamless operations.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare quotations for main contractors.
• Take off quantity, costing, and build-up rates.
• Liase with consultants QS/site to clarify queries.
• Manage sub contractor’s and main contractor's claims.
• Prepare progress payment claims, variation order claims, and take off quantities.
• Ensure that work done is claimed up-to-date, V/O submitted timely and profitably, and settle final account.
• Ensure that sub-contractor work done is paid timely.
