They are looking to expand their team and are seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor who brings not only technical expertise in cost management but also a practical background in carpentry and joinery .

The Role

You will play a key role in managing project costs, supporting the build process from early estimates to final accounts. With your hands‑on knowledge of carpentry and joinery, you’ll bring valuable insight to material take‑offs, trade coordination, and quality standards across our developments.
