About the Role

Our Quantity Surveyor is responsible for the end-to-end contractual administration of subcontractors and major suppliers, ensuring strict adherence to client contract requirements, company policies, and procedures.

This role provides critical support to the CDC Development and Operations Teams across all project phases, from initial development to full operational implementation.
