Quantity Surveyor

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates
• Monitor project costs and budget control
• Verify subcontractor bills and client invoices
• Coordinate with project/site teams for quantity verification
• Handle variations, claims, and payment certifications
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and project requirements

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• 2+ years of relevant experience in construction/EPC projects
• Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, and contract management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD preferred
• GCC experience will be an advantage
