Job Description
- Develop initial cost plans and estimates in the early design phases to keep projects aligned with budget targets.
- Carry out independent cost evaluations and pricing for projects; review analyses submitted by partners and provide input or recommendations.
- Produce comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to support tendering processes and commercial proposals in accordance with client specifications.
- Assess contractor bids, standardize submissions for fair comparison, examine cost breakdowns, and offer recommendations to management or clients.
- Identify and manage a network of local suppliers and subcontractors; regularly update internal databases for cost information and vendor records.
- Determine and confirm the availability, location, accessibility, and technical specifications of essential materials and industrial resources.
