Quantity Surveyor
to join our growing team in the construction industry. If you have experience in tendering, contract administration, and cost management, and enjoy working in a fast-paced project environment, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and assist in tender submission, including taking off, calling for quotations and preparation of tender documents for the submission of tender.
Analyse and evaluate the received quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure optimal terms
Assess Subcontractor's Progress Claims and prepare Payment response within stipulated timeline
Assist the Contract Managers for assessment of Variation Orders and Extension of Time by Subcontractor and Suppliers including finalization of accounts.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all project requirements are met
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned...
