Job Responsibilities - Pre and Post-contract administration and control
- Analyze and negotiate costs in preparation of tender BQ and ensuring cost control
- Perform measurements for cost estimates
- Prepare and analyze for cost comparison
- Sourcing of quotation, negotiations and procurements
- Assist Senior Contract Manager on sub-contract works and taking-off quantity in budgetary
- Assist Senior Contract Manager in budgetary cost control, submission of project variation claims, negotiation & purchasing/estimating of materials
Job Requirements - Diploma/Degree in civil engineering
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in civil engineering environment such as road, drain, earth and external works
- Computer literacy and knowledge of AutoCAD
- Familiar with Bluebeam and Accpac software will be an advantage
- Strong communication skills
