Position Overview
Job Description - Work closely with Technical Engineer, competent to interpret specifications and contract documents
- Prepare tender submissions, variation orders, progress payments & claims and finalization of accounts
- Monitor and evaluate progress payments
- Ensure effective cost planning, controlling and budgeting
- Review and advise cost impact for variation of project specifications
- Analysing and negotiating cost with customers and subcontractors
- Monitor project delivery to ensure materials are in accordance to contractual terms and conditions
- Liaise with customers and subcontractors on all costing matters
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time
Job Requirements - Min. 3 year of experiences in Aluminium / Construction / Architectural or relevant industry
