Roles & Responsibilities JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Manage project costing and contract administration
- Handle subcontractor quotations and comparison analysis
- Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control
- Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
REQUIREMENTS - Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- 2–5 years experience in construction / M&E / infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of measurement, costing, and contracts
- Familiar with Singapore construction industry standards
- Proficient in MS Excel and QS software (optional advantage)
- Good negotiation and analytical skills
