Evaluate and recommend subcontractor quotations and claims
Measure quantities and prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
Assist in contract negotiation and administration
Track project costs and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle
Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients on contractual and commercial matters
Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Civil Engineering
Familiar with Singapore Commerical Building Projects.
Proficient in quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and MS Excel
