Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ), tender documents, and project budgets.
- Analyze project drawings and specifications for cost planning.
- Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate contract terms.
- Monitor project costs and prepare progress claims.
- Assist in contract administration and variation order management.
- Conduct site visits and measurements when required.
- Maintain accurate project cost records and reports.
- Coordinate with project teams and contractors to ensure cost efficiency.
Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related Engineering discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with relevant working experience, particularly in piping works within the semiconductor industry, will have an added advantage.
