Responsibilities Responsible for cost management, procurement support and contract administration for Design & Build data center project Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans for CSA works at various project stage Monitor project costs, track variations, and support value engineering initiative Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking for civil, structural, and architectural element Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and provide recommendations Prepare and review tender documents, BOQs, and cost breakdowns for CSA package Assist in the administration of subcontracts and main contracts for CSA scop Assess and certify progress claims, variation orders, and final account Manage contract documentation and ensure compliance with contractual term Review subcontractor progress claims and prepare payment recommendations Work closely with project managers, engineers, and consultants on CSA matters Provide cost advice during design development and construction phases
