Position Overview
Responsibilities - Preparing monthly progress claims, progress payment & finalization of accounts.
- Source/ Liaise/ Negotiate of suppliers & vendors on quotations & requirements.
- Handle Subconβs progress claims & finalization of accounts.
- Liaise with Main Con/ Client / Sub-Contractor for the claims, VO or other contractual matters.
- Follow up Payment Response/ Payment from Main Contractor/ Consultants/ Client.
- Assist for tender quotation calling and preparing measurement sheets and quantity take-off as required.
- To handle other assigned duties or related job as required.
Qualifications - Minimum diploma or degree holder in Building / Quantity Surveying.
- 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in Construction Sector.
- Able to work independently.
- Knowledge in computer software such as MS Words, MS Excel, etc.
- Processes good working attitude.
