We are working with a highly respected civil engineering and concrete structures specialist delivering a major £60m package on one of the North East’s most significant industrial developments.

Our client is self delivering a £60m complex civil engineering package of works including substructure and superstructure works, substantial reinforced concrete hard standing areas, high-spec ground floor slabs, externals, drainage, utilities, roads and landscaping. The majority of the work is being delivered in-house, giving the commercial team excellent exposure across all aspects of project delivery rather than simply managing subcontract packages.
