Able to calculate cost of construction for project tendering based on the tender drawings and documents, cost estimation, Bill of Quantities, material sourcing.
Prepare material control and wastage monitoring.
To prepare price analysis, tendering strategy and detail costing.
To evaluate and negotiate all sub-contract rates quoted for tender.
Prepare work order to awarded subcontractor.
Prepare progress payment to subcontractor.
Analyze actual cost against budgeted cost.
Ensure the subcontractor is in compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications, and government regulations.
To evaluate the progress claim received from the sub-contractor and suppliers.
Responsible for pre & post contract management.
Prepare final account for client and subcontractors.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveyor.
