Quantity Surveyor Position

Hire Resolve's client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in roadworks to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the quantity surveying process for roadworks projects, including estimating, cost control, valuation of work done, and final account preparation.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct cost estimates for roadworks projects, including material costs, labor costs, and equipment costs.
2. Monitor project costs and budget throughout the construction process.
3. Prepare and submit interim valuations of work done on roadworks projects.
4. Prepare and negotiate final accounts with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
5. Manage variations and claims for roadworks projects.
