Responsibilities Source for quotation for materials and services Preparation of subcontractor's/ supplier's procurement, agreements and payments Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control Prepare settlement of final account Maintenance of project documentations Manage Contracts administration Handle issues including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claim
Requirements Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Services Management or Quantity Surveying Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Strong organizing skills and timely completion of tasks assigned with the ability of manual material items for variation claims Strong ability in problem solving and organizing skills are desirable Work location will be based at the project site in Tuas
