About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial management of MEP works through accurate measurement, valuation, and cost reporting. This role is key in ensuring financial control and supporting successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with monthly valuations, variations, and cost tracking.

Measure works from drawings and site records.

Prepare subcontractor payment recommendations.

Support procurement and contract administration processes.

Liaise with project managers and engineers to control project costs.

Maintain cost records and assist with final accounts.
