Overview

Looking for an experienced fit out and refurbishment quantity surveyor to join an established, privately owned contractor that's been delivery high quality projects since 1977 across London and Kent. Their project portfolio covers a range of construction criteria across all market sectors including new build schemes, cut and carves, refurbishments and interior fit outs.

They currently have a £120 million super high end cut and carve project that requires a QS. The cut and carve first phase is complete but they need a surveyor to oversee the next phase, which is a £50 million CAT A fit out.

The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of a £50 million CAT A fit out of a super high end project in Central London, reporting all findings to the commercial director.
