Position Overview
RESPONSIBILITIES - Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
- Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders
- Responsible for quantity take-off, sourcing of subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare and submit variation and cost claims
- Procurement of materials and project related items
- Manage project timeline and cost, carry out rates and commercial negotiations
- Managing the contracts in accordance with the terms and conditions with respect to financial complications
- Assist Project Director/Manager/Snr QS on contractual disputes and arbitration
- Others as when instructed by the Management
REQUIREMENTS - At least 2 yearsβ experience in a similar position in the renovation industry
- Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent or relevant academic background
- Strong commitment and strict adherence to report deadlines
