Reporting to the Project Surveyor/Senior, as a Quantity Surveyor you will work closely with Project Managers and Contracts Directors by assisting with financial, commercial and contractual management of projects from post tender hand over through to final account close out.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of the subcontract procurement process – preparation of tender packages, tender reconciliations, and subcontract documents.
• Work with the project team, including the design consultants to ensure all information is available for tendering subcontractor packages, as well as exploring value engineering options to bring best value to the project.
• Assist with the subcontractor payment process, ensuring that all applications are assessed and processed in a timely and fair manner.
