Position Overview
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quotations, and cost estimates
- Handle tendering and procurement processes
- Source and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors
- Prepare progress claims, VO, and final accounts
- Monitor project budgets and cost control
- Conduct site measurements and valuation works
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project teams
- Ensure proper contract administration and documentation
