Job Scope

• Quantity take-off & cost estimation
• Tender / quotation / VO / progress claim
• BIM modelling & coordination
• Shop drawings & clash detection
• ACMV & Electrical project coordination

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in ACMV & Electrical projects
• Familiar with Revit, Navisworks & AutoCAD
• Knowledge in ducting, piping, ventilation & chilled water systems
• Experience in Data Centre / Industrial / Cleanroom projects is a plus
• Able to work independently & coordinate with multiple parties

• May require support for Singapore projects/travel
