Position Overview
Key Responsibilities: Prepare contract documents, taking off quantities, providing cost and managing cost Prepare tender document, calling quotations and evaluate tender submissions Prepare quotations, and following up with Contractors Prepare monthly progress claims and certification of subcontractor's claim Track and forecast budget and costing for projects Requirements: Minimum diploma in building, quantity surveying or construction related background Minimum of 2 years experience in Building Sector Proficiency with MS Office application Experience in steel, aluminium and metal works industry is preferred
