The Role

• You’ll own project finances from tender through to final account.
• Prepare cost plans, manage budgets, assess claims and variations, and keep stakeholders across the numbers.
• Work directly with PMs, site teams, and subs to deliver on budget.
• When you spot a way to improve margins or challenge scope, you’ll have the space to make it happen.

You Have

• 3 years QS or estimating experience in commercial construction.
• A relevant qualification: NZ Diploma in Construction (Quantity Surveying), Bachelor of Construction, or equivalent.
• Strong grasp of NZ contracts (NZS , NZIA). <...
